What we promise, in plain English
Different links age differently, so each type gets the guarantee that actually fits it.
A guarantee that fits the link type
A guest post and a press release don't age the same way, so we don't pretend they do. Here's exactly what each one gets.
Every order
If we can't place a link on the site you picked, you get a site of equal or better value, or your money back.
Guest posts & link insertions
If your link is removed, nofollowed or changed, we replace it free on a site of equal or higher DR. Our 30-day link checks catch it, often before you do.
Press releases & syndication
Every outlet in your campaign publishes, or you're refunded for it. News sites archive older stories over time, so there's no time guarantee after publication.
How a replacement works
Our system rechecks every guest post and link insertion every 30 days. If your link is missing, has been changed to nofollow, sponsored or ugc, has had its anchor or target changed without your request, or the page is down, we tell you and offer a replacement on a site of equal or higher DR in the same niche. You can also report a problem yourself at any time.
What the guarantee covers
- Links removed by the publisher
- Links changed to nofollow, sponsored or ugc after publishing
- Anchor text or target URL changed without your request
- Pages taken down or set to noindex
- Publisher sites that go offline or get parked
What it doesn't cover
- Changes you ask for after publication (new anchor, new target page)
- Target pages on your site that are removed, redirected or return errors
- Content that breaks the publisher's rules or the law, such as gambling, adult or misleading claims, added after approval
- Ranking results: no one can guarantee how search engines respond, and we won't pretend to
Foundation, local, podcast and .edu links
These links live on platforms and communities we don't control, such as social networks, forums, directories, citation sites and podcast pages. Every link is live when we deliver it and listed in your report, and you only pay for links that are live at delivery. Long-term replacement does not apply to these link types. [CONFIRM]
Press releases and syndication
We guarantee publication on every outlet in your campaign. If an outlet does not publish, you get an equivalent outlet or a refund for that outlet. Because news sites archive older stories, there is no time guarantee after publication.
[CONFIRM] Final guarantee terms should be reviewed before launch and mirrored in the Terms of service.
